Johana Lockwood is an expert problem solver, effective collaborator, and empathetic leader who believes leadership is an act of service. As the Medi-Cal Pharmacy Program Manager, Principal at Blue Shield of California, Johana uses these skills to ensure the Pharmacy team understands regulatory requirements and implements processes that meet both regulator mandates and the needs of Medi-Cal members. Prior to this role, Johana was the Senior Manager of Coverage Programs at San Francisco Health Plan. In this role, she led a high performing team that administered local health coverage programs (Healthy Kids and Healthy San Francisco) on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco. Johana graduated from UCLA with a bachelors of science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (EBB) and is currently working towards her MBA at the University of Arizona, Global Campus. Johana enjoys reading, hiking, exercising and traveling. She lives with her husband, 8-year-old daughter, and a cat named Bulma. She is the daughter of Guatemalan immigrants and is fueled by the sacrifices her parents made to create opportunities for her in this country.


Andrea Seikaly graduated from UCLA in 2013 with a B.A. in Spanish and a minor in English. She then went on to receive her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2017. Andrea currently practices transactional entertainment law and works as an associate at a talent boutique firm.

Sofía Beltrán is a 2017 graduate of UCLA School of Law with a specialization in Entertainment, Media and Intellectual Property. She is the Senior Manager of Business Affairs at the Walt Disney Company in Glendale, CA where she represents Disney in complex business and legal transactions related to production, talent, operations, digital media, licensing of footage and music, clearance, insurance, marketing and post-production of entertainment content. Prior to her role at Disney she served as Manager of Media Affairs with the NFL Network and as Co-Founder/Chief Operations Office of SmartAg Technologies, Inc., a start-up company focused on beehive health systems. She is a proud first-generation, bilingual Colombian-American who in her spare time serves as a guest lecturer, panelist, and mentor in the food justice, education, sports/entertainment, technology, and legal spaces geared towards centering and advancing POC.
